Describe yourself: Who you are and what you're doing?
We are Cuppa-T, a 'geek street' t-shirt brand based in Auckland New Zealand. In a tongue in cheek propaganda campaign, we promote awareness of a future robot uprising in attempt to help this ' event' happen as smoothly as possible. In a broader sense we simply 'embrace the future' and as a result Science Fiction is a huge influence.
How did your interest in robots / robotics start?
Being a child of the 80s my days were filled with dubbed Anime and games consoles, sci-fi robots were naturally a part of this. Being a realist but also a creative, robots are a tangible development towards the fantasy future id been sold as a kid.
What kind of actions needs to be done in
the community to increase the interest and the awareness of robots
